Cleaning up the Duwamish River: What’s Next? – A Public Health Cafe featuring Allison Hiltner (EPA) and James Rasmussen (DRCC/TAG)

Feb 3, 7pm to 8:30pm at West Seattle Chaco Canyon Cafe, 3770 SW Alaska St

Allison Hiltner, the Environmental Protection Agency’s Project Manager for the Duwamish Superfund Cleanup, and James Rasmussen, Coordinator of the Duwamish River Cleanup Coalition community organization, will give informal short talks about the EPA Record of Decision, the official plan for cleaning up industrial pollution in the Duwamish River, a 100-year legacy of the industrialization of Seattle.

This event, like all Public Health Cafés, is FREE and open to the general public.
